Canopi 0.6.0 is built for detailed layout work

This release focuses on faster canvas work, safer diagnostics, and steadier interactions while keeping the plant database and local .canopi files at the center.

175,000+ plant species

Look up plants by climate zone, soil type, sun needs, edibility, nitrogen fixation, and much more. Each species has 173 data points covering its ecology.

Better zone drawing

Draw rectangular, elliptical, and polygonal zones with snapped geometry, measurement overlays, and safer polygon draft interactions.

Object Stamp flow

Repeat plants, zones, annotations, and grouped canvas content without rebuilding the same pattern one item at a time.

Plant spacing previews

Use the dedicated spacing HUD with capped previews, tighter drag guides, source revalidation, and stronger keyboard and focus handling.

Local problem reports

Generate diagnostic bundles with redacted logs, frontend diagnostics, environment metadata, and explicit consent before attaching a .canopi design.

Workspace polish

Use canvas toolbar undo and redo, plus remembered species sidebar widths and bottom panel heights per tab.
